Finance Manager
We are seeking an individual to manage our Finance Department in our Saco, Maine Facility. Person will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger, cost accounting, for manufacturing environment, and Human Resources functions. Individual must be a contributor and a leader. Responsibilities include generation of monthly financial reports, balance sheet and budget analysis reports, maintain fixed asset system, preparation of annual plan and forecast projections. Must have in depth understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, knowledge of manufacturing accounting and systems, understands financial issues and trends, and has strong leadership qualities to direct and coordinate employees. Responsible for Sarbanes - Oxley documentation. Must have a BA/BS in accounting and 7-10 years prior experience in Finance and Accounting management roles. Individual should be well-organized, detail-oriented and have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and computer skills. Must be a team player to assist everyone in attaining their goals. Experience in an ISO/cGMP or other quality system preferred.

Shipping / Receiving
Our Saco, Maine facility is seeking an individual to be a contributor and team player in our Logistics Departments. Responsibilities include receiving and storing products, labeling and preparing products for shipping, and collecting data for monthly reporting. Must be a high school graduate with a proven work history, good computer and math skills, and must be able to lift 100 lbs. with assistance. Knowledge of the metric system is desired. Individual should be well-organized, detail-oriented and have strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years hands-on experience, the ability to identify and suggest process improvements, and have knowledge working with domestic and international carriers. E.O.E.
