ELISA Assay Procedure
- Dilute patient samples & controls 1:21 with Sample Diluent
- Dispense 100 µl of Sample & Control in each well
- Incubate 30 minutes at room temperature
- Wash 3 times with Wash Buffer
- Add 100 µl of IgG or IgM Conjugate to each well
- Incubate 30 minutes at room temperature
- Wash 3 times with Wash Buffer
- Add 100 µl of Substrate to each well
- Incubate 15 minutes at room temperature
- Add 100 µl of Stop Solution to each well
- Read @ 405 nm
