Specific Pathogen Free (SPF) Rabbit Colony
Maximize the immune response to your antigen while minimizing the risk of
infectious diseases impacting the viability of your production project.
Conventional animal colonies pose hazards which can be avoided by
utilizing SPF rabbits.
5-Month Project = $730
- Purchase of 1 SPF Rabbit + 150 Days Maintenance
- 1 Pre-bleed (1.9ml)
- 6 Immunizations
- 4 Small volume bleeds (1.9ml)
- Terminal Bleed Pool (40-70ml serum)
- There is a 5-month minimum term on all rabbit projects.
- Immunogen to be supplied by customer.
Polyclonal antibody projects may be modified and / or extended upon customer
request to meet specific customer requirements. Some examples are
listed below. Please inquire for additional price quote.
- Large volume bleeds (20-25ml) are available upon request for an additional $25/each.

Rabbit project may be extended on a monthly basis. Included are maintenance,
1 immunization and 1 production bleed (20-25ml) for $110/month.
No antibody will be made to a viable pathogen (human or animal origin).

Project

- 1 Pre-bleed (5-8ml)
- 6 Immunizations
- 4 Small volume bleeds (5-8ml each)
- Project termination
- There is a 6-month minimum term on goat projects
- Immunogen to be supplied by customer.

request, to better meet specific customer requirements. Some examples

- Large
volume bleeds (average vol. ~200ml) are available upon request
for an additional $0.30/ml.
- Goat
project may be extended on a monthly basis. Included are maintenance,
1 immunization and 1 small volume bleed (5-8ml) for $135/month.
